HA’ Restaurant 

A signature restaurant recently awarded a Michelin Star, created by Chef Carlos Gaytán, the first Mexican chef to earn a Michelin Star, offering his perspective on contemporary Mexican cuisine in a setting that honors water as the vital element. 


Arriba Baja 

Located in Casa Eclipse, Arriba Baja is a signature restaurant showcasing Chef Sheyla Alvarado’s culinary proposal. Set in an atmosphere enhanced by fascinating panoramic views and an impressive waterfall flowing into the river. 


Mercado de la Merced

Ten themed stations showcasing Mexican street food, highlighting iconic snacks and traditional Mexican dishes, from tamales to unique desserts with fun spins. 


La Xentral

Mexican and international buffet cuisine in a market-style setting. It features a Cafeteca, where guests can enjoy a snack while waiting for the included transportation to our Parks and Tours. 


Las Cuevas

A Mexican churrascaria offering a rodizio buffet with juicy cuts of meat, seafood, vegan options, and an international buffet, featuring extensive wine pairing options thanks to its cellar. 


Xinema

With a menu curated by Chef Paco Méndez, awarded with a Michelin Star winner, Xinema is a Mexican urban food restaurant with a privileged view of the slide pool, with one of them going through a crystal-clear portion of the ceiling. 


Cantina Los Faroles

Mezcal, cocktails, Mexican snacks, and shared plates create a lively atmosphere resembling the busy streets and markets in Oaxaca. 


Azul Nogada

Azul Nogada presents a tribute to the traditional cuisine of Puebla by Chef Lula Martín del Campo, offered in buffet or à la carte format. 


Chi

The renowned Chef Roberto Solís presents a menu that pays homage to the cuisine of Yucatan, his homeland, at Chi. 


Monarca

A Michoacán specialty restaurant conceived by Chef Mariana Valencia, set in a terraced space with outdoor seating. It will serve dinners accompanied by live happenings to complete the experience. 


La Silla

La Silla showcases the best of Nuevo León’s cuisine, presented by Chef Chuy Villarreal, with a menu focused on premium meat cuts. 


Las Playas

A casual restaurant inviting you to rediscover your favorite flavors in a relaxed setting, complete with captivating views of the blue and emerald hues of our coves. 


Fuego

A delicate and elegant fusion of Italian cuisine with a Mexican twist, ideal for a laid-back moment while gazing at the endless horizon of the Caribbean Sea, in an adults-only atmosphere. 


Teatro del Río

An experience where music, dancing, and the performances from our México Olé and Caribbean shows complement the mastery of our culinary arts, featuring a six-course tasting menu that is updated each season. 


Chibalí

A colorful, family-friendly environment surrounded by the natural beauty of our eco-integrated architecture. The menu, inspired to cater the diverse ages, tastes, and nationalities of our guests, includes fun desserts and traditional Mexican sweets. 


Tama-Mon

At Tama-Mon, enjoy the best of Asian cuisine with Chef Luis Arzapalo’s magnetic sushi train, three Teppanyaki islands, a Mongolian grill, and a dim sum and ramen bar, all in a unique and surprising setting. 


Xin-Gao 

Four experiences combine the best of Japanese flavors and techniques: Teppanyaki, a live culinary show; Robatayaki, the Japanese grill at its best; Fusion, an elegant and creative menu; and Omakase, the art of letting oneself be surprised. Open for dinner. 


Bio 

Noble, vibrant, and nutritious, Bio’s cuisine offers a 100% vegan menu with plentiful yet light dishes, aligned with the concept of Wellness Cuisine. 


Costero

Offers a showcase of Veracruz cuisine, with a menu designed by Chef Gabriela Ruiz that includes seafood, fish, and traditional snacks, in a terrace setting with outdoor seating, complemented by live happenings for a unique experience. 


La Trajinera

La Trajinera pays homage to the boats that sail the canals of Xochimilco in Mexico City. Its menu celebrates the cuisine of Mexico's main coasts, from the Yucatán Peninsula to Baja California.
